We specialize in large format, high resolution captures of artwork, museum quality canvas prints, giclée printing.
We use a studio system used by museums throughout the world to produce color and detail unobtainable by other methods.
Size and depth are not limiting factors for our high resolution captures.
We use a select group of archival materials of the highest quality.

Please reach us at info@vadacolor.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We charge $65 for most hi-res captures. You receive two files per capture: TIFF (high resolution) and JPG (low resolution). The high resolution will allow you to print your artwork larger than the original piece while still maintaining the details, textures, and colors of your original. The jpg is good for use on your website, emailing, and social media.
It takes approximately 2-weeks for us to turn around captures. It may be quicker than this and depends on what artwork we already have in our workflow at the time we receive your artwork. We make every effort to complete your work in a timely manner while maintaining our high level of quality.
Our high resolution captures are an involved process of first capturing your artwork and then going through a multi-step proofing process. We create several proofs to ensure our capture truly represents your original artwork showing your color gradations and brushstrokes.
We offer giclée fine art prints on an assortment of fine art archival papers, gallery canvas wraps, mounted canvas to gator board, and metal prints.
All of our papers, inks, and canvases are archival.
FINE ART PAPERS
We offer these archival papers: cold press bright (textured watercolor paper), hot press bright (smooth watercolor paper), cold press natural (off white), hot press natural (off white), glossy photo paper, and lustre photo paper.
*approximately a 1-week turnaround
CANVAS
All of our canvas comes with a protective UV varnish that protects it from fading in the sunlight. Our gallery canvas wraps come wired and ready to hang. Mounted canvas will need to be framed to finish it. If you choose to frame our canvas you don't need glass.
*approximately a 2-week turnaround
METAL
Comes with a hanging system. Available with a matte or glossy finish.
*approximately a 3-week turnaround
Our minimum order is $25.
Vada Color focuses on high quality giclée prints including large format printing. We offer up to 44” on the short size of your art and virtually any length on a wide range of quality papers and canvas.
We work in RGB and our default color space is sRGB.
Our preferred file format is TIFF, but we can also work with JPG or PNG. Once we receive your files, we review them before proceeding with any printing. They will need to be sized for the print dimensions requested in order to avoid any additional set-up fees. Your prints will reflect the quality of the file you supply.
We use WeTransfer.com to transfer and receive larger files. It's a free online program like dropbox but without any file limits. The best email to send your files to is Scott@vadacolor.com. We're a small shop and we all share this email account.
You can also send them via google drive, Dropbox, or another service you use. They will need to come through so we can download them without taking any extra steps like creating/signing into another account.
Yes, please. We are a small team and prefer that you call or email ahead if you are planning on coming in. We want to make sure we have the time to spend with you to answer all of your questions.
